Leaked screenshots of Apple’s support app were sent to Sonny Dickson via uSwitch Tech. Dickson has several anonymous sources in China that provide him with leaked photos of Apple parts. In the past, Dickson has been a credible source because he was the first to leak photos of parts for Apple devices like the iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c and iPad mini 2. Dickson was also the first to release leaked photos of Apple’s Touch ID fingerprint sensor, according to The Monthly.

Apple’s support app will allow users to live chat with an advisor and schedule an appointment with the Genius Bar. After logging in, a list of devices connected to that Apple ID will be displayed. Then the app will pull up related troubleshooting issues that are specific to those devices.
