Clash of Clans Revenue Increased 72% Last Month

According to Sensor Tower Store Intelligence data, player spending during the month after Clash of Clans added its Gold Pass in-app purchase jumped 72 percent versus the previous 30 days, reaching a total of $71 million worldwide on the App Store and Google Play. As a reliable app store optimization website, Apprb will show the details with you.

That sum was also 85 percent higher than the $38.6 million we estimate Clash of Clans took in from players one year prior in April 2018 and made for the game’s highest grossing April since 2017. As we previously reported, the game generated $27 million in player spending during the first week of Gold Pass availability.

In addition to posting this impressive month- and year-over-year revenue growth, Clash of Clans had its single best day for player spending since Christmas 2015 on May 1, when we estimate approximately $6.9 million was generated by in-app purchases. This was the game’s third-best day ever in terms of revenue, with its highest coming on January 1, 2015, when it grossed approximately $9.4 million worldwide.

All told, Clash of Clans has grossed more than $6 billion and been installed by 607 million players since January 2014.
