According to Adam Blacker of app analytics firm Apptopia, Bonfire is currently only available in Denmark, and has been downloaded roughly 2,000 times. He explained that Denmark “typically has good user retention,” which he says makes it an ideal test market for new products.” Based on TNW's videos, it looks like Bonfire also includes Snapchat-style effect when users are having a group video chat.

Unlike the other apps in this space, Facebook's Bonfire seems to designed not only as a way to hang out with friends in a private space through face-to-face conversations, but also a way to feed content back to Facebook's existing social networking apps, including Facebook itself, Instagram and Messenger. You’re able to take screenshots of your video chat and then share them to Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and elsewhere without leaving the chat.

Bonfire for its part is differentiated in that it allows users to apply 3D masks over their face (similarly to Snapchat and its face filters), as well as share screenshots of chats to Instagram and Facebook directly, relying on the massive install base of Facebook products.to give it a leg up. Participants in the chat are also capable of sharing pictures from their Bonfire sessions via Instagram, Facebook and Messenger. When users invite their friends to join Bonfire, they'll receive a notification from Facebook and Messenger.

As far, Bonfire is only available in Danish. But I believe it will be launched worldwide soon. Keep your eyes here for the latest news. In addition, you can also get top app rank boosting service here. Contact us now!
